Responsibilities
- Greet clients with warmth and professionalism
- Answer incoming calls in a courteous manner
- Be able to manage a very busy phone service while maintaining client satisfaction
- Manage Appointment scheduling
- Assist with administrative tasks, including but not limited to data entry, customer billing support, delivery of client plan information, etc.
- Provide support to team members as needed
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a receptionist/service role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational abilities
- Ability to multi-task
- Good computer knowledge and ability to learn new computer systems easily
- Compassionate attitude and a commitment to uphold ethical values
- Ability to work effectively in a fast paced environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
