FARMERS INSURANCE PRODUCER
Compensation:
- Competitive Base Monthly Income: Split in two payments on the 1st and 16th
- Plus, commission on all new business sales
- Plus, monthly bonus potential
Hours:
- 40 hours a week
- Monday-Friday, within 8AM-6:30PM time slots (flexible)
OR
- Monday-Thursday 8AM-6:30PM
- Tuesday-Friday 8AM-6:30PM

Sales Skills:
- Actively develop a lead pipeline and apply new business prospecting techniques to generate organic new business
- Execute sales calls to automatically generated leads
- Quote, calculate and discuss policy premiums and bind new business policies
- Make suitable insurance recommendations on policy options
- Develop a thorough understanding of the different types of products offered by Farmers, as well as underwriting guidelines for each
- Track daily prospecting and sales activities
Customer Service Skills:
- Actively develop and apply best practice customer service skills
- Assist customers to make policy changes as needed
- Handle billing inquiries as requested by customers
- Respond to customer claims situations appropriately and timely
- Deal with customers in a fair and ethical manner.
Location:
95% office, 5% marketing events
Required Licensing:
At least one of the following licenses is required. Both licenses, or willingness to get additional licensing is a plus.
