Job Summary:
We are seeking a Customer Support Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to assist with inquiries and issue resolution
- Edit videos, 3d files, and programing s (one of them is required at least)
and advertise for marketing material
*Plus if you have Adobe Photoshop experience
- prepare samples for existing/prospecting customers
- Handle data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Manage quotes
- Other tasks assigned as needed
Qualifications:
- Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus (Bilingual/Multilingual)
- Prior experience in customer service, sales, or related field preferred, but not required
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with customers
- Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
