Overview:
Proozy is the premier online retailer specializing in great deals on famous brands and is known for delivering exceptional service to our clients and customers. We seek a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Development Associate to join our Brand and Marketing team. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in identifying and qualifying leads from various sources, aiding our growth and expansion initiatives.
Duties:
- Lead Generation: Collaborate with the Marketing and Buying team to identify and collect qualifying leads from various sources, including online databases and social media platforms.
- Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough research to gather relevant information about potential leads, including company details, key contacts, and business needs.
- Data Management: Maintain and update the customer relationship management tracker with accurate and up-to-date information on leads and prospects.
- Initial Outreach: Assist in the initial outreach to potential leads via email, phone calls, and other communication channels to gather further information and qualify their interest.
- Qualification: Assess and qualify leads based on predefined criteria to ensure they align with the company’s target market and business objectives.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the buying, sales, and marketing teams to ensure seamless handoff of qualified leads and support ongoing communication with potential clients.
- Reporting: Generate and maintain reports on lead generation activities, including the number of leads collected, qualified, and converted, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for lead generation.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to build strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
Skills / Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2+ Years experience in related field
- Strong aptitude with MS Office products and Google Suite
- Proven experience in lead generation, market research, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to gather and interpret data effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute to the overall success of Proozy
