Job Title: Dining Room Attendant
Pay: $12/hr + gratuities
Location: Crystal River, FL
Reports to: Food & Beverage Manager
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Job Summary
Responsible for assisting servers and bartenders in providing fast and courteous service of food and beverage to outlet guests by clearing tables and performing miscellaneous tasks.

Job Responsibilities

Create an exceptional dining experience by providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to keep open and effective communication with FOH, BOH, guests, and members

Provide support to FOH and BOH as needed to ensure efficiency of the restaurant

Provide support to servers and act as a liaison between the culinary staff and front of the house service

Create excellent dining experiences for our members and guests by anticipating their needs and serving them in a professional and efficient manner.

Assist with confirming orders from the kitchen are accurate and presentable. Assists with garnishing and decorating dishes as needed prior to serving.

Anticipate the members or guest needs. Observes diners to respond to any additional requests and to determine when meal has been completed.

Assist servers with pre bussing in between courses. Assists with maintaining the cleanliness of the dining room. Clears and resets tables at conclusion of dining experience.

Display knowledge of all menus for all meal periods.
- Complete daily checklists of duties and monitors linen supplies.

Ensure tables are cleared and reset in a timely manner

Delivers water to table promptly after guests are seated, may assist the servicer in refilling glasses when necessary.
- Performs side work assignments and stocks service station.

Provides a professional image at all times through appearance and dress.

Follows company policies and procedures.

Complete additional duties assigned.
Qualifications
-
Position requires flexibility in scheduling including AM/PM shifts, weekends, and holidays. Overtime may be required based on business needs.
- Must have attention to detail, strong ability to multi-task, and time-management skills

Server assistant and/or bussing experience of at least 1 year is required. Hospitality experience is a plus.
- Must have strong verbal and written communication skills

Must be 18 years of age or older

Must have or be able to obtain ServeSafe certification within 30 days of employment.
Physical Requirements
-
Must be able to sit, stand, and walk for long periods of time. Must be able to complete repetitive motions throughout shift such as reaching, pushing, pulling, lifting, carrying, etc.
- Must be able to lift, push, carry, and pull at least 50lbs.
