As a Customer Service Representative, you must have a passion for customer service and love helping people. You will greet customers coming in, answer their questions, and help troubleshoot any problems that may arise with our machines. You will also learn the ins-and-outs of our Wash, Dry, Fold laundry process

Who you are
You have a passion for customer success. You bring attention to detail and accountability to the table each and every shift. You’re a top-notch communicator, preferably in English and Spanish. You’re a salesperson, a self-starter, and are ready to learn the ins and outs of our Wash, Dry, Fold process.
What you’ll do
- Greet our English and Spanish speaking customers and guests. Being bilingual is preferred, but not required.
- Become a laundromat expert who is able to troubleshoot any issues with our machines
- Sell laundry supplies and cover the front desk to keep our laundromat clean and welcoming
- Wash, dry, and fold the Tip Top Laundry way for any drop off customer orders
- Care for our customer’s items as if they were your own
- Sell laundry merchandise, and man the front desk to keep Tip Top Laundry clean and welcoming.
- Growing existing wash dry fold and commercial laundry business to achieve store targets
- Receives payment for service and maintains a balanced cash drawer at all times

- Cleaning as schedule or as needed
Daily Duties Include
- Maintains cleanliness of store by wiping countertops, machine tops and soap receptacles
- Make sure trash is not overflowing and floor is kept dry and clear of debris
- Keeps bathroom clean and stocked
- Help customers using washers, dryers and vending machines, coin machines, & loyalty card system
- Check lint screens for lint and clean lint filters as necessary to maintain optimum efficiency of drying
- Ensuring routine machine (Washers & Dryers) maintenance and troubleshooting
- Responsible for daily store reports to accounting
- Ensuring dress code policy for team members is complied with
- Ensuring all Company Policies and Procedures are followed
- Ensuring the policy of no personal phone use during working hours has complied
