This Logistics and Warehouse Manager is responsible for the tracking of all inventory quantities as they flow through the facility, including ensuring that procedures are in place and followed to accurately receive goods, track their locations, deduct proper production quantities, and ship finished goods (domestic and international). This position is also responsible for investigating and resolving any discrepancies in quantities of inventory as they are used in production or shipped out.
Essential Functions Statement

Proactively communicate on product availability to minimize any potential backorders, worldwide.

Develop metrics to measure manufacturing performance (lead time, product mix, etc.) and resolve issues in a timely manner.

Build inventory models and load model data

Establish timelines, financial and operational goals and drive assigned teams to deliver against these goals in a fast-paced work environment

Oversee management of finished goods inventory at distribution centers for all customers and categories.

Develop, document and implement processes, systems and procedures that standardize global inventory management, in collaboration with the global supply chain organization

Manage Inventory health across the global supply chain to ensure an inventory plan that meets the required service level at the lowest cost across the supply chain

Lead strategic projects related to inventory and in process inventory management.

Collaborates with key cross-functional teams (customer service, demand and production planners) to ensure inventory levels align with demand plan, establish inventory targets and financial guidelines.
- Communicate strategies to inventory analysts.

Work with analysts in review of network inventory to identify issues/opportunities and development of action plans to support company financial goals.

Develop and implement change which positively impacts company performance.

Required Education and Experience

Education: Highschool diploma or GED equivalent

Experience: 6+ years of experience in executing, managing or leading inventory management in a similar role. Manufacturing experience required along with deep knowledge of inventory management. Experience introducing/working with supply chain solutions, software and systems is beneficial.

Computer Skills: Must be proficient in all applications in Microsoft Office; Advanced level of proficiency in Excel
