We are seeking a Senior Tax Manager, who is ready to step out of the mold of the typical CPA firm and would like to be part of our team whose goal is to help us build a beautiful firm. Obviously, you must love doing tax work, but this is only a piece of the puzzle necessary to enhance a client’s personal and business life. There are four key segments of a successful candidate’s background: Leadership and Management, Tax Planning and Compliance, Client Management, Training and Development. There is a pathway to partnership for the right individual.

We have offices in Arlington and Dallas.

Our requirements are stringent:

· Minimum of 8 years of accounting firm tax experience

· CPA mandatory

· Minimum of 30% of your experience working with closely held businesses and their owners with revenues in excess of 10m.

· Spending 80% of tax work reviewing staff returns, 20% preparing complex business and HNW individual returns

· Proven track record of mentoring and developing staff

· Demonstrated ability to maintain client relationships and to be a trusted business advisor

· Managing complex tax engagements for numerous sophisticated closely held businesses and high net worth individuals

· Excellent project management skills

· Working knowledge of tax software and Microsoft Office programs

· Experience as a business consultant and not just a tax preparer

· Industry experience a plus in: Healthcare, Distribution, Construction, SAS, Professional Services, Staffing firms.

We offer an outstanding compensation package including:

· Base salary of 200k to 250k commensurate with experience

· Annual bonus potential of up to 10% of base salary

· Unlimited PTO

· 401k company contribution of 4% of your salary
